Q: WHERE ARE FL LIBRARY & LEARNING PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
A: All FGLL US products sold in North America are manufactured in the US, in our St. Louis, MO facility. If you're interested in purchasing products in the UK, Europe, or elsewhere throughout the world, contact our partner, FG Library & Learning UK, part of the Frem Group.
Q: DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US?
A: FGLL US ships to locations in the US, Canada, and Mexico. For shipments in other parts of the world, contact our partner, FG Library & Learning UK, part of the Frem Group.
Q: HOW IS FGLL FURNITURE SHIPPED?
A: With the exception of Landscape Library Shelving, which ships KD, all FGLL products ship assembled.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD LEAD TIME?
A: Our lead time for standard product is 6-8 weeks from date of order acknowledgement. Customization of your shelving or other furniture, including custom finishes, textiles, or other special features, may result in longer lead times. Your Customer Service Representative will be able to advise you based on the extent of the customization. Our manufacturing facility is centrally located in St. Louis, Mo, so we are at most 3-4 day ship point from any location in the continental US, and a 1-day ship point to many destinations.
Q: WHAT IS THE WARRANTY?
A: Warranty coverage varies by category (shelving, soft seating, tables, etc). You can see all the details on the Warranty page of our Specification Guide.
Q: CAN I CUSTOMIZE FGLL FURNITURE?
A: Let's start by saying that we will do everything we can to meet your design requirements. Some things are really easy to customize, like powder coat colors and laminate surfaces. Some things, like fabric selection, can be customized (see information on COM and Specialty Fabrics on our Finishes Page), but we'll need to talk about it because there are some restrictions. And then there are things like changing the dimensions of a piece that may require a larger order in order for us to accommodate. Whatever you do, don't hesitate to ask for what you want; our Customer Service team will do its best to provide a quote and meet your needs!
Q: HOW MANY BOOKS FIT ON A SHELF?

Q: DO YOU ALLOW COM FABRICS?
A: Yes, COM and Specialty Fabrics are possible, with some restrictions. You can read some of the requirements on our Finishes Page, or call FGLL Customer Service at 888-772-4788 to talk to an expert and get a quote.
